Ingrédients : lemongrass, roasted cocoa beans, cinnamon sticks, orange tree leaves, orange peels, tonka bean, kola nut, melissa, cardamom seed.
Pour 70 cL rum in the jug and add 2 soupspoonful of cane sugar or honey. Stir and leave the mix to macerate for 1 month. Can be enjoyed plain with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito…). Perfect for flavouring desserts: fruit salads, cakes, pancake batter…
Store in a dry place and away from light.
