Pour 70cL white rum in the jug. Mix and leave to macerate for 48 hours. Filter. Dégustation tips: like ti'punch with 1/4 lime or as a long drink with fruit juice or sparkling water. Can also be used to flavor desserts : fruit salads, flambées bananas, pancakes, canelés, babas and in marinades (tiger prawns, chicken,...).
Rimming sugar: put some rimming sugar onto a small plate. Moisten the rim of the glass with lemon.Turn the glass upside down and dip the rim of the glass into the sugar.
Store in a dry place and away from light.
