  • Average nutritional values ​​for 100 g of unprepared product:

    Energy: 1711 kJ / 170 kcal; Fat: 1.5 g of which Saturated fatty acids: 0.3 g; Carbohydrates: 32 g of which Sugars 32 g; Protein: 3g; Salt: 0.075 g.

  • Pour 70 cl of white rum and 2 tablespoons of cane sugar or honey into the jar and mix. Leave to macerate for 3 weeks. Filter.
