To fully savor our Caribbean Punch worthy of the Antilles, carefully choose the rum that will accompany it. Opt for our agricultural rum, highlighting the natural aromas of sugar cane and vanilla which will enhance the exotic fruits of our blend. Leave to macerate for 48 hours then filter to obtain a perfect result. Serve it cold as an aperitif, accompanied by West Indian delights such as cod acras and small blood sausages, shrimp and fried pineapple skewers, and of course, the captivating music of the Compagnie Créole for an unforgettable zouk and biguine atmosphere. CARIBBEAN PUNCH (Banana, papaya), Cocktail Mix, Shot 35 g - Dose for 25 cL of rum

Scane sugar, bananas 15,3% (banana, coconut oil, sugar, flavoring), papaya 12,8% (papaya, sugar, E223 (sulphite)), cinnamon, ginger, mace, natural lime flavor, E110 sun yellow coloring, natural vanilla flavor, natural banana flavor. May have a detrimental effect on the activity and attention of children.

Average nutritional values ​​per 100 g of unprepared product

Energy: 1507 kJ / 360 kcal; Fat: 1.5 g of which Saturated fatty acids: 0.1 g; Carbohydrates: 80 g of which Sugars 64 g; Protein: 2g; Salt: 0.100g

Lmacerate for 1 hour in 20 cl of white rum then filter. Tasting: in a “planter-style” glass topped with fruit juice, or “ti-punch” with 1/4 lime. You can also add 1 liter of fruit juice to the entire mixture.

Alcohol-free variant: macerate for 1 hour in 50 cl of very cold water. Mix then filter. Enjoy well chilled. Store in a cool place and consume within 24 hours.
