Mulled wine: Pour 2 large tablespoons into an infuser bag and leave to infuse over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes (slight simmering) in a saucepan filled with 75 cL of red wine. Sweeten to your liking. Stir regularly. Serve. Treat yourself!!
