Pour the ingredients into the saucepan with 75cl to 1,5L of red wine, cook over very low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. The mixture should simmer very slightly. As soon as your mulled wine is ready, strain it and serve immediately. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for health.
Store away from light and humidity.
