Located in Liege, Belgium, Millésime Chocolat is one of the few chocolate factories in Belgium that
works directly from the cocoa beans: “From bean to bar”, also called “Bean-to-Bar”.
Millésime is the only chocolate factory to produce vintage chocolate, from a specific terroir, from a specific geography. Millésime’s approach is to work only with beans from plantations and terroirs
of exception. No mixing of crops, terroirs or vintages.
