A brilliantly white salt!
For more than 2,700 years, an exceptional salt has been extracted from the Ibiza salt pans (a protected natural area), which until then was consumed mainly by the local population. Daniel C. Witte, who grew up on the island, convinced
the salt workers to share this treasure with a larger number of people. The fleur de sel is 100% natural.
It is harvested by hand, so as not to be altered in any way.
For a sea salt to be good and healthy, it only needs the sea, the sun and the wind.
