L’ÉPICERIE DE PROVENCE
The exploitation of salt in the Camargue dates back to antiquity. The salt marshes have been listed in the general inventory of cultural heritage since 1995. They offer a selection of coarse salt or fleur de sel that we then add spices to in our workshops to help you discover subtle, original and spicy flavours.
They are made from freshly picked flowers and leaves and crystallized with sugar.
They are crunchy and elegant treats with a delicate floral fragrance.
They can be enjoyed on their own like a sweet, with a cup of tea or coffee. They elegantly decorate desserts: ice cream sundaes, pastries, mixed plates, verrines…
A violet or a rose petal at the bottom of the glass: this is the most glamorous of champagne glasses.
(“Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. Drink in moderation”)
Our syrups are elaborated in our workshops with all our artisanal know-how.
They are prepared with mixed fruit pulp. And that’s what makes all the difference!
