Located in Liège, Belgium, Vintage Chocolate is one of the few chocolate factories in Belgium that
works directly from the cocoa beans: “From the bean to the bar”, also called “Bean-to-Bar”.
Millésime is the only chocolate factory to produce vintage chocolate, from a specific region and geography. Millésime's approach is to work only with beans from plantations and terroirs
of exception. Never any mixtures, neither in the harvests, nor in the terroirs, nor in the vintages.
