Gourmet tips: pour 40cl of white rum into the carafe. Stir and leave the mix to macerate for 1hour. Stir, filter and add 1L of sparkling water. Serve with crushed ice.
Rimming sugar: put some rimming sugar onto a small plate. Moisten the rim of the glass with lemon.Turn the glass upside down and dip the rim of the glass into the sugar.
