Before drinking, it’s necessary to wait for the spices and fruits to macerate in the white rum.
Result: a wonderfully flavoured rum.
Recommended uses : Pour 140 cl of white rum (2 bottles) into a container (carafe, glass bottle, etc.).
Mix it. Leave it to macerate for 3 weeks. Filter.
Tasting : in ti’punch, with a quarter lime and a dash of cane sugar syrup or in any rum-based cocktails : planter, mojito, piña colada, etc.
Extras for flavouring desserts: fruit salads, canelés, flambéed bananas, babas, etc.
