Ingredients: 40.6% coconut, 35.5% pineapple (pineapple, sugar, citric acid), lemongrass, cinnamon, bitter orange tree leaves, star anise, cocoa bean.
Leave the mix to macerate with 1L of white rum and 2 spoonfuls of cane sugar or honey for 3 weeks. Filter.
Serve like ti’punch, with ¼ lime and a dash of cane sugar syrup, or in rum cocktails: planteur, mojito, piña colada... Perfect for flavoring desserts: fruit salads, cannelés, babas...
Store in a dry place and away from light.
