Ingredients: wheat flour (gluten), cane sugar, 15.3% dark chocolate chips with 50% minimum cocoa (cocoa paste, cane sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithine),1.4% organic cocoa powder, 0.4% chocolate natural flavor.
Preparation: add: 3 eggs, 95g butter, 37.5cl milk. Preheat oven to 160°c (350°F). Remove the chocolate chips. Pour the rest of the mix into a large bowl. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate chips with the butter. Add the milk, the melted butter and chocolate and the egg yolks in the large bowl and stir. Beat the egg whites. Add the egg whites and stir delicatly. Pour the batter in a Pyrex mold 20cm x 20 cm. Bake for 1 hour. Leave to cool down and refrigerate for several hours.
Store in a cool dry place.
Possible traces of nuts, gluten, mustard, sesame, milk, eggs, sulfite, soy.
