Delivery in metropolitan France
Orders will be delivered by GLS or by Colissimo within 3 to 6 working days (Saturday delivery only with Colissimo). Several delivery methods will be offered:
– GLS Standard delivery: Home delivery within 3 to 6 days after the departure of your order (no delivery on Saturday).
- GLS Premium Delivery: The delivery time remains the same, but you will be notified of the delivery day and time slot. In case of absence, you can choose where and when you want to be delivered.
-Colissimo with signature: Delivery to your home from Monday to Saturday against signature.
-Colissimo relay: Delivery to the relay point of your choice
-Delivery abroad or overseas: Orders will be delivered via Colissimo within 5 to 7 working days overseas or 4 to 8 days abroad.
For deliveries overseas and abroad, the shipping costs will be calculated according to the weight of the order.
For deliveries outside Europe, orders are concluded with the incoterm DAP (Delivery at Place). The payment of duties and taxes remain the responsibility of the “consumer”.

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form. Please check the accuracy of the address provided before confirming your order.
The customer is required to check the condition of the goods upon delivery and before signing the delivery slip from the carrier or the post office. In the event of damage or missing items, refer to article n°14 of the General Sales Advice.
The customer can obtain the sending of an invoice to the billing address and not to the delivery address by mentioning the two different addresses when placing his order.
