– The company Quai Sud informs its professional customers that any product order through quaisud.com cannot be intended for resale through any marketing channels whatsoever. Exception: All professionals wishing to market Quai Sud products may contact the sales department and have reserved access to the quaisud.com site. An identifier and a password will be communicated by the company Quai Sud and professionals will be able to order through the platform available and called “professional order”. Professionals will then be subject to the General Conditions of Sale presented in the professional space.

The online store set up by the company Quai Sud as part of the website mentions the following information:
1.Legal notice allowing precise identification of the company “quaisud.com”
2.Presentation of the essential characteristics of the goods offered
3. Indication, in Euros, of the price of the goods, as well as, where applicable, the delivery costs

– These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of groceries and accessories by the quaisud.com online store on the one hand and its “customers” known as “consumers” on the other hand. These T&Cs are supplemented by the Confidentiality and Privacy Protection Policy (article 24). The “customers” known as “consumers” of the quaisud.com online store declare that they have read and accepted the rights and obligations relating thereto.
Any order made on the site http://quaisud.com domiciled at:
ZA of Signs
Avenue de Madrid

These General Conditions of Sale express the entirety of the obligations of the parties. In this sense, the “consumer” is deemed to accept without reservation all the provisions provided for in these general conditions. No general or specific condition appearing in the documents sent or delivered by the consumer may be incorporated herein.

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of goods and services offered by the company Quai Sud to the “consumer”.

Payment of the full price must be made when ordering. At no time can the sums paid be considered as a deposit or down payment.

– To pay for his order, the “consumer” has, at his choice, all the payment methods referred to in the order form.

– The “consumer” guarantees the company Quai Sud that he has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen by him, during the validation of the order form.

– The Quai Sud company reserves the right to suspend any order management and any delivery in the event of refusal of authorization of payment by credit card from officially accredited bodies or in the event of non-payment.
