The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to specify the legal framework of the relationship between the “purchaser” hereinafter referred to as the “consumer” and the “seller” hereinafter referred to as Quai Sud.

The online store of the “quaisud.com” site was set up by the company Quai Sud, which is the operator of this site.

– These General Conditions of Sale are available to the “consumer”. They are easily accessible and clearly identifiable. The “consumer” is fully informed of the need to read all of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale governing all product sales from the quaisud.com website's online store.

– The “consumer” who orders a product, commits electronically and dematerialized and acknowledges being fully informed that his contractual commitment does not require repetition in any form whatsoever and in particular does not require a handwritten signature.

– The “consumer” has the right to save or edit these general terms and conditions, it being specified that both the saving and the editing of this document is his sole responsibility.

– The company Quai Sud informs its professional customers that any product order through quaisud.com cannot be intended for resale through any marketing channels whatsoever. Exception: All professionals wishing to market Quai Sud products may contact the sales department and have reserved access to the quaisud.com site. An identifier and a password will be communicated by the company Quai Sud and professionals will be able to order through the platform available and called “professional order”. Professionals will then be subject to the General Conditions of Sale presented in the professional space.

The online store set up by the company Quai Sud as part of the website mentions the following information:
1.Legal notice allowing precise identification of the company “quaisud.com”
2.Presentation of the essential characteristics of the goods offered
3. Indication, in Euros, of the price of the goods, as well as, where applicable, the delivery costs
4.Indication of the terms of payment, delivery, or performance
5. The existence of a right of withdrawal
6. All of this information is presented in French. The consumer declares to have the full legal capacity allowing him to engage under these general conditions.

– These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of groceries and accessories by the quaisud.com online store on the one hand and its “customers” known as “consumers” on the other hand. These T&Cs are supplemented by the Confidentiality and Privacy Protection Policy (article 24). The “customers” known as “consumers” of the quaisud.com online store declare that they have read and accepted the rights and obligations relating thereto.
Any order made on the site http://quaisud.com domiciled at:
ZA of Signs
Avenue de Madrid
83870 SIGNS
is governed by these T&Cs

These General Conditions of Sale express the entirety of the obligations of the parties. In this sense, the “consumer” is deemed to accept without reservation all the provisions provided for in these general conditions. No general or specific condition appearing in the documents sent or delivered by the consumer may be incorporated herein.

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of goods and services offered by the company Quai Sud to the “consumer”.

These General Conditions of Sale constitute an inseparable appendix to the online order form. The "consumer" acknowledges having read the General Conditions of Sale which constitute an appendix to this electronic order form.

These general conditions come into force on the date of signature of the order form. These general conditions are concluded for the duration necessary for the supply of the goods and services subscribed, until the expiry of the guarantees due by the company Quai Sud.

The “double click” of the “consumer” under the order form constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature.

The “consumer” will receive a copy of his order form by e-mail and thus acknowledges having undertaken both on the item and on the price to acquire the products listed in the order form.

The computerized registers, kept in the computer systems of the company Quai Sud under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of the communications, orders and payments made between the parties. Archiving of purchase orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium that can be produced as proof.

8-a: The company Quai Sud presents on its website exhaustive information on the products offered for sale both on their essential characteristics and on their price in accordance with Article L 111-1 of the Consumer Code.

8-b: The offers presented by Quai Sud are only valid within the limits of available stocks.

The consumption of alcoholic beverages during pregnancy, even in small quantities, can have serious consequences on the health of the child. Selling or offering alcoholic beverages to minors under the age of eighteen is prohibited.

Products for sale on the quaisud online store. com are likely to contain allergens. These are clearly mentioned to the “consumer” in “bold” in the list of ingredients present in the details of the products concerned. This list is accessible by clicking on “product details” directly on the products present on the quaisud.com online store. In this sense, the “consumer” recognizes the composition of the products ordered as soon as these products appear on the order form. Quai Sud will therefore not be liable for any damage to the “consumer” due to the presence of these allergens in the products ordered.

The prices are indicated in euros and are only valid on the date of sending the order form by the “consumer”. They do not take into account the delivery costs, invoiced in addition, and indicated before the validation of the order. The prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order and any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the products in the online store. Payment of the full price must be made when ordering. At no time can the sums paid be considered as a deposit or down payment.

– To pay for his order, the “consumer” has, at his choice, all the payment methods referred to in the order form.

– The “consumer” guarantees the company Quai Sud that he has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen by him, during the validation of the order form.

– The Quai Sud company reserves the right to suspend any order management and any delivery in the event of refusal of authorization of payment by credit card from officially accredited bodies or in the event of non-payment.

– The Quai Sud company notably reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a “consumer” who has not fully or partially paid a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is being administered.

– The delivery time will depend on the available stocks and will be specified to the customer at the time of the order confirmation returned by email.

– In case of unavailability of the ordered product, in particular because of our suppliers, the “consumer” will be informed as soon as possible and will have the possibility of canceling his order. The “consumer” will then have the choice of requesting either a refund of the sums paid within 30 days of their payment at the latest, or an exchange of the product.

If the “consumer” prefers to cancel his order, it will be refunded to him excluding postage.

Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products, etc.) must be indicated on the delivery note in the form of "handwritten reservations", accompanied by the customer's signature.
