Zouk rum mix: lemongrass, orange peels, mango (mango, sugar, citric acid, E220 (sulfite)), lemon peels, pineapple (sugar, pineapple, citric acid) and grapefruit pieces,banana slices (banana, coconut oil, sirup, natural flavour banana).
Guadeloupe rum mix: coconut, roasted cocoa beans, orange blossom, cinnamon sticks, coffee beans, bitter orange tree leaves.
Gourmet tips: Leave the mix to macerate for 1 month in 70cl of white rum with 2 soupspoonful of cane sugar or honey. Can be enjoyed plain with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito…). Perfect for flavouring desserts: fruit salads, cakes, pancake batter…
