Ingredients: cane sugar, 21.7% dark chocolate drops with 50% minimum cocoa (cocoa paste, cane sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), 2.6% cocoa powder, 0.9% chocolate natural flavor.
Gourmet tips: to prepare the equivalent of an ice tray, you will need: 1/2 L of milk and 3 plain yogurts.
1/ Pour the contents of the bottle through a colander into a mixing bowl to separate the chocolate chips from the rest of the mixture. 2/ In the mixing bowl containing the preparation, add a 1/2 liter of milk, 3 plain yogurts and mix well. 3/ Pour the mixture into a freezer proof container. 4/ Place the mixture in the freezer for several hours mixing it regularly with a fork. 5/ Serve it in cups and decorate with the mini chocolate chips. 6/ Enjoy!
